Summary
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Manager to oversee the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive knowledge of NetSuite ERP, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, with specific expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and SuiteCommerce.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
- NetSuite Administrator and SuiteFoundation certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
REsponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects of NetSuite ERP solutions, from discovery sessions to requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Design and lead NetSuite configuration solutions to address client requirements, including system customization, workflow automation, and integration with third-party applications.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on utilizing NetSuite functionalities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular status meetings, review project progress, and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
